Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Park Lane Car Wash car detailing service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description
The Service is a professional car detailing service that includes washing, polishing, and protecting the exterior and interior of your car. We use high-quality products and equipment to ensure that your car is cleaned to the highest standard.

Service Availability
The Service is available to customers in the Park Lane area. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment
The cost of the Service will be provided to you at the time of booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that we have a no refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to other customers. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or missed appointments.

Responsibility for Damage
Park Lane Car Wash will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during the cleaning process. In the event that damage does occur, we will make every effort to repair the damage as quickly as possible.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Park Lane Car Wash be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with the Service or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Park Lane Car Wash, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
